What makes Low Country Rheumatology unique?

We are the largest Rheumatology Practice in the Southeast.  Providing quality care to our patients has always been our first priority. We know the difference a personal approach can make to a patient.
 

What kind of IT solutions were you using previously?

Some in-house, some contracted.
 

What new technologies and services have been provided by CCS?

Digitizing old x-ray film, VOIP phone system set up between 2 locations.  Wireless and remote connectivity to a remote EMR server.
 

How have these changes effected LCR?

We are still in transition and hope to provide more effective and efficient patient care when fully implemented.
 

Why was CCS chosen to provide IT services?

Shawn was unique. He’s one of the few people I’ve ever met that not only understood the hardware side but also the application of the software.  With his background working with physician practices, he understood what issues we deal with and had cost effective solutions for us to reach our goals of becoming totally paperless.
