Is the United States ready to give up their cell phones while at the wheel? Maybe, or maybe not. Mixed reviews are coming in from all over the country as a reaction to the recent initiative to ban all cell phone use while driving, including texting and all calls, even with a handsfree. This will definitely be debate worth watching.
